Pam Lava Moreno is a Research Assistant with the World Peace Foundation’s Famine Voices Project, where she supports research, memo publication, and the coordination of the project’s discussion series. She applies a gender and intersectional lens to her work and is committed to amplifying the voices of communities affected by famine and conflict. Pam earned her BA in Political Science with a concentration in Global Studies from the University of the District of Columbia and is currently pursuing graduate studies in gender and intersectional analysis and human security and humanitarian affairs at The Fletcher School at Tufts University, with a focus on Latin America.
