Nour is a DrPH candidate at Columbia Mailman school of Public Health. He worked in the humanitarian sector in Syria between 2007-2017 and is a former member of the Syrian Red Crecent and practicing physician. At Columbia Mailman, Nour’s dissertation focuses on social accountability and transparency in fragile and conflicted-affected settings and advancing the integration of health and peacebuilding programs.
