Eliab Tsegaye Taye is a peace and security consultant researcher. Eliab was a former researcher at the World Peace Foundation as well as a former Ethiopian Foreign Service Officer (political officer at the Ethiopian Embassy in Khartoum and international law expert at the Ethiopian Ministry of Foreign Affairs). Eliab holds a Masters in Global Affairs (MGA) from the Fletcher School at Tufts University.
